Resolution 886 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 6RESOLUTION NO. 866.
A RESOLUTION, estimating the cost of lighting Special
Li,,!;uting District Number SIX of the City of Kaispell, for
the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the property
within the said district with the cost of lighting said
district.
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
SIX of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to
be $636.84.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in the said lighting district for the amount of
the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportion-
ing to the several lots and parcels of land within the said
district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on
file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
SiX O'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Referedee is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number SIX for further

2nd at 7,.30 o'clock p.m.
