Resolution 892 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 13A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Lighting District
Number Thirteen of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1022, and
levying and assessing all the property within the said district
with the cost of ligliting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
Thirteen of the city of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated
to be $501.00.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amoutit of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apprtioning to
the several lots and parcels of land within the°said district.

Section 3; The tax hereby, to -vied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. an the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4, Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number Thirteen for
further particulars.
Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October
2nd, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
