Resolution 890 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 10RESOLUTION NO. 690.
A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special
Lighting District Number TEN of the City of Kalispell, for
the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the property
within the said district with the cost of lighting said dis-
trait.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TR-11's' 41TY OF KALISPIPA,L:
Section 1. The coat of lighting Lighting District No. TEN
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be
$285.60.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in the said lighting district for the amount of
the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by appor-
tioning to the several lots and parcels of land within the
said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution
on file and of record in the office of the City ClerkTifor
a specific description of the property embranced in the
above menitoned district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent
at six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number TEN for furhter
particulars.
Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October 2nd,
at 7:30 p.m.
