Resolution 882 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 10 A RESOLUTION Estimatin6 the cost of lighting Special Lighting District number ONE of the City of Kalispell, for the year, 1922, and the levying and assessing all property within said district with the cost of lighting said district. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: Section 1. The cost of Lighting Lighting District No. ONE of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be 091.04. Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the esti- mated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land within said district as follows, to wit: (Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on file and of record in the office of the City, Clerk for a. specific description of the property embraced in the above mentioned district.) Section 3. The tax herebylevied becomes delinquent at six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922. Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention to create lighting district Number ONE for.further particulars.
