As I mentioned on the telephone yesterday, I'm trying to clean up some internal documents related to City held performance bonds. One item on the list is the joint bank account that guaranteed the completion of the improvements required at Silverbrook Estates. In order to clear this from our list, I need some correspondence from you that indicates: The work is complete; and the warranty period is also closed and there are no items to address.
