Members must have one or more of the following qualifications: special education, training,
or experience in the financing of commercial real property, architecture, or landscape
architecture; active engagement in business, commerce or industry; and/or education,
training or experience in the are of graphic or allied arts.

employment within the Kalispell city limits -*One member must be a CPA and one member
must be a representative of the development community.

• One member as designated by the County Commissioners
• Two members who are resident freeholders within the urban area
