MEETING WAS HELD AT 4:00 P.M., TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2013
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Attendees: Board members: Chad Graham, Larry Sartain, Jason Mueller, Rick Wills, Jeff Zauner
Others Present: Susie Turner, Terri Loudermilk, Charlie Harball
Jason Mueller called meeting to order and commenced with roll call at 4:10 PM (Chad Graham was absent at
the start of the meeting)
Jason Mueller called for public comment. None noted.
Susie Turner reviewed items and scenarios presented at the previous meeting.
Jeff Zauner agreed with the methodology in the report but questioned how or by who would absorb the increase.
Larry Sartain expressed concerns about voting to approve the report and forwarding it to City Council without
including alternative methods of funding.
Jason agreed with the numbers in the report but disagreed with the methodology.
Chad Graham joined the meeting at 4:41.
Terri Loudermilk suggested formulating the letter to council and include the advisory committee's concerns.
Jeff Zauner made a motion to move to the council the acceptance of the study based on the calculations and the
methodology that determined the necessary cost increase per ERU.
Motion carried 3/2 with the following results: Rick Wills, Jeff Zauner, and Larry Sartain voted for the motion,
Chad Graham, and Jason Mueller voted against motion.
Chad Graham called for old business, none noted.
Chad Graham called for new business. Chad Graham suggested he remove himself from chairman of the
impact advisory committee upon taking the seat on the City Council.
Chad made a motion to adjourn at 5:14, seconded by Larry, motion carried.
