Resolution 5112 - Park and Recreation FeesRESOLUTION NO. 51.12 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARK AND RECREATION FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL'S PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the City- of Kalispell's Parrs and Recreation Department is authorized and directed to charge and collect such fees as contained in. Exhibit "A", attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof. SECTION II. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
