Present: Mark Munsinger, Everit Sliter, , Mark Norley, Gary Havens, Gini Ogle, Kate

Absent: Tia Robbin , John Engebretson, Rita Fitzsimmons, Theresa White
The meeting was called to order by President Mark Norley at 7: 30 A.M. The minutes
from the August meeting were approved.
1. Welcome to Kelsea Kimerly the new student board member from Leaders of
Tomorrow. Kelsea will serve on the Special Events Committee.
2. The Mansion received $20,000 from the Bibler Endowment Fund. Thank you.
3. The City of Kalispell has agreed to fund $46,000 of the siding project.
4. Budget Travel did a photo shoot at the Mansion and it will be in the July -August
book. The Chamber also did an interior Mansion photo shoot.
5. Jim Udick donated $200. for a software media kit. Marylin Reynolds has been
helping on this also.
6. The Milhaus Group donated $250. For the Cutter exhibit.
7. A financial report was presented for July thru September.
8. The Mansion made $160. on the Museums and Music event, which we agreed to
do next year.
9. The member appreciation party went well, and the booth at the fair was a break
even event probably not worth doing again.
10. Kate presented the Special Events Calendar for the rest of the year: Cutter
Lecture, Oct. 1; Christmas at the Mansion, Oct. 26-28; Christmas tours, Nov. 23-
Dec. 30, Thurs Sunday at 11, 1, 3.; Staff & Board Christmas party, TBA;
Children's Christmas Event, Dec. 20.
11. The mansion purchased a new storage shed, and Gary donated $500. toward this.
The walnut tree will be removed on Oct. 11. On Oct. 19 we will start decorating
for Christmas.
12. Tim Gordon will appraise some of the Mansion collection at a later date.
13. Kate attended a non profit meeting in Billings and was given a new computer for
the Mansion.
The next board meeting will be November 14'h at 7:30 at the Mansion with Ford
Construction, the siding contractor.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40.
