Present: Event Sliter , Mark Norley, Tia Robbin, Theresa White, John Bngebretson,
Kelsea Kimerly, Gary Havens, Gini Ogle, Kate Daniels; Director,
The meeting was called to order by President Mark Norley at 7: 30 A.M. The minutes
from the November meeting were approved.
1. The Mansion received a $100. grant from the Flathead Community Foundation.
2. Rita has agreed to serve another term as a county representative if she is
reappointed.
3. A financial report was given by Kate, and the net income was up for the year.
4. The City Council tour and parry has been postponed until Jan 26d .
5. The art walk was not well attended and costly. It may not be worth doing again.
6. A list of the special events for the month of December was presented by Kate.
7. Kate is planning on working until the last minute before going on maternity leave.
She would like to work by the hour during her leave, and would like to work part
time, 20 hrs per week, for part of the summer at a rate of $16 per hour.
8. There will be an executive board meeting at the mansion on Jan 90'.
9. A full board retreat will be on Wed., Feb. 6th for about three hours.
10. Bonuses for the year will be: Tish $250, Sylvie $250, Margo $250, Gardener
$100. Kate will receive a $1000. Bonus, and will be paid at the rate of $16 hourly
until she can return to work full time.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 by President Mark Norley.
