,ORDINANCE NO. 361.

TO REMAIN CLOSED DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THEICITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPEIJ,:
Section 1. Any person in charge of any place of business where-
in soft drinks are sold or wherein a pool room or a bowling alley is con-
ducted who permits such place of business to be open after the hour of
eleven o'clock P. M. of any day, and prior to the hour of seven o'clock
A.-M. of the following day, shall be guilty of the offense of Conducting
a Business Unlawfully, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by
a fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment of not
to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. The provisions of all Ordinances in conflict with thlb,_
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
passage and approval.
