NANCES OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT TIMREWITH." APPROVED JULY 24thp

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISIPELL:
Section 1. Section 502 of Ordinances No. 231 entitled, "An
Ordinance revising, -codifying and enacting the general Ordinances -of t
the City of Kalispell, and pepealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinan-
ces in conflict therewith". approved July 24th, 1911, is amended to
read as follows::
Sec. 502. For the purpose of maintaining said library there shall
be levied annually a tax of not exceeding two mills on the dollar of the
taxible property in the City for the support and maintenance of said
library.
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
passage and approval.
