AN ORDINANCE,, PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF MONEYS IN THE DEPRECIATION
FUND OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDJ=�-
ING OUTSTANDING BONDS OF THE CITY WHEN THERE ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FUG
NDS FOR SUCH PURPOSE IN THE SINKING FUND PROVIDED FOR THE REDENTION
OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF WARRANTS ON SUCH SINKING
FUND TO THE WATER'DEPARTMENT FOR THE MONEYS USED FOR THE REDEMPTION OF,
BONDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. Whenever outstanding bonds of the City of Kalispell
become redeemable and there are not sufficient moneys in the Sinking Fund
provided for the redemption of such bonds to redeem the same, with the con-
currence of the Superintendent of the Water Department and the Water and (70
Light Committee of the City Council the moneys in t1he Depreciation Fund of
the Water Department of the City may be used for the purpose of redeeming
such outstanding bonds, and for all 'moneys of the Water Department so used
interest bearing warrants on such Sinking Fund shall be issued to the Water
Department.
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with this
Ordianace are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordina,nce shall take effect thirty days after its
paspage and approval.
