AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION FOUR HUNDRED ONE OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLP APPROVED JULY
24th, 1911.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU11CIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Soction,l. Section four hundred one of the Revised Ordinances
of the -City of Kalispell approved July 24th, 1911 is amended to read as
follows: Sec. 401, If any person shall wilfully, malicious'ly,oriunnecess-
arily break, cut, tear down, destroy or in any manner injure any cistern
tank, pipe water -way, engine, wagon, truck, machinery, fireplug, hose,
alarm box, key box, signal wire, implement, tool, utensil or other proper-
ty of any kind bel6nging to or connected with the fire department of said
city, or.any jail, calaboose, door, furniture, fixture or other property of
any kind belonging to said city or any department thereof, or any public
building or school house, or any plant,,vine, tree, or shrubbery on any
public grounds, such person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof, shall be fined.not exceeding one hundred dollars,
to which shall be added the cost of reconstruction or repairing such de-
stroyed or injured property.
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
passage and approval.
