AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PLACING OF ASHES IN
OTHER THAN A CONTAINER OF NON—BUSTIBLE
MATERIAL.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL;
SECTION 1. Any person who shall cause any ashes to be plac-
ed in a container of other than non-combustible material in the city of
Kalispell shall commit the offense of Endangering Public Safety and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed three
hundred dollars or by improsonment of not to exceed thirty days or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
Section. 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after
its passage and approval.
