AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DANCING BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS,
IN ANY HALL IN THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, WHERE DANCES ARE HELD.

9Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY BE IT ORDAIN OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
Section 1. Any person having the control of any hall in the
city of kalispell where dances are held who permits any dancing in such
hall between the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and eight o'clock in
the morning on Sunday, or between the hours of one o'clock and eight
O'clock in the morning on any other day of the week, shall be guilty I�S
of the offense of conducting an UNLAWFUL DANCE, and upon conviction there-
of shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed two hundred dollars,
or by imprisonment of not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with th
ordiance are hereby repealed.
section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
passage and approval.
