Ordinance 351 - Obstructing Fire EquipmentORDINANCE NO. 351._ THE CITY OF KALISPELL IN ITS USE OF THE STREETS, AVENUES, 101 ALLEYS, AND PUBLIC WAYS, OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL., BE IT ORDAIFED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: Section 1. No person shall, in any manner, obstruct or inter- fere with the movement of any fire apparatus of the City of Kalispell on any street, avenue, alley or public way, of the City of Kalispell. Section 2. If in order to comply with the provisions of this or- dinance it is necessary for any person to do any act prohibited by the provisions of any ordinance of the City of Kalispell relative to the use of the streets, avenues alleys, .or public ways of such city, such act so necessarily done shall not be considered a violation of any such ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance'- whall thereby commit the offense of interfering with the movement of fire apparatus and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and its going into immediate effect necessary for the preservation of safety. Section 5. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with this ordi- nance are hereby repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
