Ordinance 362 - Prohibiting Minors from Pool HallsR ROOM OOM AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON IN CHARGE OF ANY PLACE OF BUSIr""" INESS WHEREIN A POOL ROOM OR BOWLING ALLEY IS CONDUCTED FROM ALLOWING IN SUCH PLACE OF BUSINESS ANY MINOR UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS* ---------------- BE IT��"PRBAIMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL; �Vv. Section 1, Any person in charge of any place of business in the City of Kalispell, in which place of business a pool room or bowling alley is condticted, who shall permit any minor, under the age of eighteen years to be or remain in such place of business, shall be guilty of the offense of Misconduct toward Minors, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a per, iod of not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 2., The protisions of all Ordinances in conflict with this Ordi nance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its passage and approval.
