ORDINANCE NO. 322
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE KEEPING OF HOGS ON ANY PREMISES
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL.
BE IT ORDA.I1'-,,ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. No person shall keep any hogs on
any premises within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this Ordinance shall for a first offense be punishable
by a fine of not to exceed $50.00 and for a second or subsequent
offense by a fine of not less than $10,00 nor more than $300.00.
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to
be an Emergency and its going into immediate effect necessary.
for the preservation of the public health.
-- Section 4. The provisions of all ordinances
in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5.- This Ordinance shall. take immediate
effect upon its passage and approval.
