O R D I N A N C E NO. 321
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE THROWING AND DROPPING OF

GLASS, TACKS, NAILS, CROCKERY, CANS AND LOOSE BOARDS
ON THE STREETS, AVENUES AND ALLEYS OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. That no person shall throw or drop
any glass, tack, nail, crockery, tin can or loose board
on any street,-` a'v'enu& or alley of the City.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the pro-/`---�
visions of this Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine
of 'not more than Fifty Dollars.
Section 3.. The provisions of all ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect
thirty days after its passage.
Passed by the City Council, May 10th, 1915.
