AN ORDINANCE TO PRESCRIB7, THE MANNER OF POSTING
OF ORDINANCES AND TO REPRAI: ORDINANCE NO. 174, PASSED AND
APPROVED Nmaagm 6th, 1905, AND ORDINANCE NO. 189,'PASSRM
AND APPROVED JULY 1st, 2.907.
BE IT ORDAINtD BY THE COUNCIL (IF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. That within ten days after the pa:ssw-
age of any ordinance the City Clerk shall post a copy of
such ordinance in his office and shall see that the same
remains posted for a period of five days.
Section 2. That upon the expiration of such
period of five days the Clerk shall attach to the record
of such ordinance his certificate substantially in the

Section 3. Ordinance No. 174, passed and ap-
proved November 6th, 1905, and Ordinance No. 189, passed
and approved July 1st, 1907, and the provisions of all ord-
inn,nces in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
thirty days after its passage.
