AN OPJ)INAN-CR TO AMEND SECTION 125 OF ORDINANCE NO. 231, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE REVISING, CODIFYING AND ENACTING THE GENr',RAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF KALISP.F.,LL, AND RWIPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT =RFWITH,11--approved July 24th, 1911. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: Section 1. Section 125 of Ordinance No. 231, entitled, "An Ordinance revising, codifying and enacting the general Ordinances of the City of Kalispell and re- pealing all Ordinances -or parts of Ordinances i� conflict therewith", approved July 24th, 1911, is amended to read as follows: Section 125. That all that portion f the City of Kalispell contained within the. following bou cries, to -wit: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the Great Northern Railway -Is right-of-way, with the center line of the alley between first and second avenues east; thence South along *the center line of said alley .to its intersection with the center line of Fourth. -Street; thence west along the center line of said Fourth !Street to its intersection with the center line of the alley between Main Street and First Avenue East; thence Sbuth along the center line of said alley to its inter- section with the center line of Eighth Street; thence West along the center line of said Eighth Street to its intersec- tion with the,center line of the alley between Main Street * and First Avenue West; thence North alongthe center line of said alley to its intersection with the center line of Fourth Street; thence West along the center line of said Fourth Street to its intersection with the center line .of the alley between First and Second Avenues West; -thence North along the center line of said alley to its intersection with the south line of the Great Northern Railways right-of-way; thence east along the south line of said right-of-way to the place of beginning; . shall be known as the inner fire limits of the City of Kalispell. Section 2. The provisions of all Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Passed by the City Council June first, 1914. Approved by the Mayor June first, 1914.
