An @rdinance providing for the repeal of section No.359 of the
revised ordinances of the City of Kalispell,idontana relating to
night parking.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KaLISPELL:
Section 1. That section 359 of the revised ordinances of the
City of Kalispell, Montana is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 3. An urgency and emergency is hereby declaired to
and does exist.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in fmll force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana this second day of September 1930.
