AN ORDINANCE, entitled the Annual Appropri-
ation Ordinance for the City of Kalispell, Montana, for
the fiscal year beginning on the first day of July, 1928
and ending on the last day of June, 1929, and fixing
the compensation to be paid to each officer of the City
during the fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: '
SECTION 1. That the following sums or so
much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same are
hereby appropriated from any available funds which may
come into the City Treasury during the next fiscal year
and not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the
City of Kalispell for the fiscal year beginning on the
first day of July, 1928, and ending with the last day
of June, 1929:

Water Bond Sinking Fund

SECTION 2. That the Contingent Fund shall
receive into it all monies paid into the city by way of
Licenses, Fines, Fees, •nd miscellaneous sources. ,
SECTION 3. That the salaries of the officers
of said city shall be as follows:
