AN ORDINANCE amending :3ub-division 11 of Section
106 of Ordinance 'o. 366,knAn as the hevised Ordinances
Of the City of Kalispell of 1922,paseed April 3, 1922 re-
lating to licenses for tlavelinE merchants.

' Section 1. That sub -division 11 of Section 106 of
Ordinance ego. 363 , mown us the revised Ordinances of the
City of Kalispell of, 1922,passed April Ad, ly22,be,ond
the same is hereby awended to read as follovs:-
"Suoject 11, Section 1A . Every traveling merchant,
hawker,or peddler,who carries a pack or vends goods,vares
or neichnndise,:;_ust pay a license of 412.50 per quarter;
and ever;; tiuveling merchant, hawker or peddler Qo uses
a wagon and one nnimal must Pay a license of r2O.00 per
quarter, or if he uses ono ra.gon with two or more horses
or a motor vehicle of any kind,for the pu.pose of vending
such nares,goods, or moichnndise of any kind, he must
pay a license of 030.00 per quarter,and every merchant
Who travels from glace to place and is not included in the
acove pmovision,and vends goods,wares or merchandise in
temporary quarters,shall pay a license of 450.00 per quar-
ter, out the peddler who curries for swle only ugZjicul-
tural products raised by hinzelf,or any articles manufuc-
tured by himself in the County of Flathead, State of _ont-
ana,is not included in the provisions of this section,"
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict heremitn are hereby repealed.
' SsCTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect tufrty days
after its passage and approval.
