Aid ORIDINAZICE regulating and prohibiting the circulation ,
die tribution, handing to, persons, scattering about,trirowiizg
or placing of handbills, circulars, cards, or other advertising
mattei in or upon the streets ,avenues,alleye,sidevialks, public
placee,or vehicles on any of the aforesaid hi hways or places
c.nd defining the doing thereof' ,a nuisance,and fixing a
penalty.
BE IT OP.DAINi:D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TliE CITY OB KALISPELL,
ILONTANA .
SLCTION 1. It shall be unlawfull for any person to circulate
distribute or nand to any person,or scatter about or throw or
placeany handbills,circulars,advertisemeiits or cards or any
other advertising matter whatsoever,not included in the fore-
,
oing,whicii is of such nature or character, that it will ol-
dinarilly result in the littering of streets,sidev;alke or otii
ex public places,in or upon any of the streets,avenues,ulleys
sidewalks, public places,or vehicles oil any of the aforesaid
highways or places,within the inner fire limits of the City
ofKalispell, Yontana.,to-wit: That area bounded on the north
by Railroad Street, on the east by Second Alley .nast,on the
south by Fourth Street and on the viest by Second Alley 'Best,
and also that area bounded on the North by Fourth Street,on
the east by First !.11ey East,on the south by Fifth Street
and or, the west by First Alley 'Nest.
SECTION 2. The wordl "i>erson" in this ordinance shall mean
and include persons, associations, partnerships;corporations
and µfly other organization,and their leceees,trustecs and
receivers,either as principal,agent or employee.
SECTION 3. The doing of any or all of the cLCts herein pro-
hibited is hereby defined to be a nusianee,which nwy be
abated in the manner of any nusiance.
SECTION 4. Any person: violating any provision or provisions
of this ordinL.nceshall be subject to L. fine of not les: than
one dollar nor more than one hundieed fifty dollars.
SECTION 5. All ordinbnces or parts of ordinUsices in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6.This Ordinance shall be in full force and efiect
thirty days after its passage and approval.
