ORDINANCE NO. 387.
AN ORDINANCE, entitled; the ANNUAL APPROPRIATION for the city of
kalispell; Montana, for the fiscal year beginning on the first Monday of
May, 1926; and -ending the first Nbnday in May, 1927, and fixing the com-
pensation -to be paid to each officer of the City during the fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
' SECTION 1. That the following sums, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, be and t he same are hereby appropriated from any available
funds which may come into the°City Treasurer during the next fiscal year
and not otherwise appropriated for the expenses of t he City of Kalispell
for the fiscal year beginning on the First Monday in May, 1926 and end-
ing on the first Monday in VAy; 1927.
General Fund...................................20,000.00
Street Fund....................................10,000.00
Library Fund ................................... 4,800.00
ParkFund ...................................... 600.00
Water Bond Sinking Fund ........................ 2,600.00
Water Bond Interest Fund ....................... 6,500.00
' Band Fund ...................................... 700.00
Funding Bond Sinking Fund ...................... 4,000.00
Funding Bond Interest Fund ..................... 5,000.00
Contingent Fund ................................ 500.00
SECTION 2. That the contingent fund shall receive into it all
monies paid into the City by way of licenses, fines, fees and Miscell-
aneous sources.
SECTION 3. That the salaries of the officers of said City shall
be as follows;
