Ordinance 382 - Amends 378 - Oil Burning EquipmentORDINANCE NO. 182. An Ordinance ammending Section 7 of Ordinance No. 378 by adding to Section 7 of Ordinance 378 Paragraph "8" which provides for the inspection of Oil burning Equipment and a permit for the installation of Oil Burning Equipment within the City of Kalispell, State of Montana. ' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPI9LL: That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 378 be,amended by the addition there- Nl to a Paragraph "C" which reads as follows: When any person or persons or corporation shall be desirous of installing any Oil Burning Equipment within tote liipits of the City of Kalispell, he or they shall make: application fxpm.the/Chief of the Fire Department for a permit for that purpose and shall furnish said Chief of the Fire Department with a written statement of then p'i°ix•posed location, kind of building, type of installation, name of l:i. burner, capacity of tank and the location.of tank. A copy of said state- ment shall be filed in the office of the Chief of the Fire Department, after which, if it shall appear to the Chief of the Firs Department that the laws and Ordinances of the city are complied with, he shall give the permit asked for upon the payment of the fee of one dollar($1.00) by the Applicant. Blank forms, for the detail statements as herein required, may be fil- led out, describing the location of the building wherein the Oil Burning equipment is to be installed, the kind of building, the type of instal- lation (Whether gravity or force), name of burner, capacity of tank and location of tank, si,,ned by the owner and the owner's address, si:ned by the contractor with the contractor's address, with a line for permission granted and the place for the signature of the ins.ector. Which statement so properly filled out, the owner or owners, his or their architect or agent, shall sin the agreement contained in said detailed,statement; that he or they will, in all respects, install Oil Burning Equipment in accordance with Ordinance No. 378 of the City off' Kalispell. AN ORDINANCE, entitled, the ANNUAL APPROPRIATION for the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year beginning on the first Monday of May, 1925, and ending the first Monday in May, 1926, and fixing the compensation to be paid to each officer of the City during the Fiscal year. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: Section 1. That the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same are hereby appropriated from any avail- able funds which may come into the City Treasurer during the next fis— oal year and not otherwise appropriated for the expenses of the City of Kalispell for the fiscal year beginning on the first Monday in May, 1925, and ending on the first Monday in May, 1926.
