AN ORDINANCE, entitled, the ANNUALAPPROPRIATION for the
City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year beginning of the
' first Monday of May, 1924, and ending the first Monday in May,
1925, and fixing the compensation to be paid to each officer of
the city during the fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell;
SECTION I: That the following sums, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same are hereby appropriated from
any available funds which may come into the City Treasurer
during the next fiscal year and not otherwise appropriated
for the expenses of the City of Kalispell for the fiscal
year beginning on the first Monday in May, 1924, and ending
on the first Monday in May, 1925:
General Fund...............................:.17,400.00
Street Fund .................................. 7,600.00
' Library Fund ................................. 40900.00
Water Bond Sinking Fund ...................... 70400.00
Water Bond Interest Fund ..................... 6,000.00
Park Fund .................................... 1,200.00
Sewer Bond Sinking Fund...................... 3,600.00
Sewer Bond Interest Fund ..................... 1,200.00
Contingent Fund .............................. 500.00
SECTION LI:That the contingent fund shall receive into
it all monies paid into the City by way of Licenses, Fines,
Fees and from Miscellaneous sources.
SECTION III: That the salaries of the officers of said
City shall

Section IF: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
