AN ORDINANCE prohibiting a minor under 23 years of age to play
pool or loiter in a place of business in:which a pool room is
conducted.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. Any person in charge of any place of busi-
ness in the City of Kalispell, in which place of business a
Pool Room is conducted, who shall permit any minor, under the
age of 2M'years, to be or remain in such place of business,
shall be guilty of the offense of misconduct toward minors
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of
not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprison-
ment of not to exceed 30daye, or both such fine and impri-
sonment.
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in con-
flict of this ordinance are hereby reapealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after its passage and approval.
