AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ,SECTION NO. 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 340, BEING AN
ORDINANCE REGULATING RRAFFIC ON, RESTRICTING AND LIMITING THE USE OF,
IN CERTAIN CASES AND EMPOWERING THE MAYOR BY PROCLAMATION TO REGULATE 01
PROHIBIT TRAFFIC, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ON, ANY OF THE STREETS, AVENUES,
ALLEYS AND PUBLIC WAYS OF THE CITY, REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR
VEHICLES, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE AND FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF ANY PROCLA1-
. IATION ISSUED BY THE MAYOR UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Fr.ALISPELL:
SECTION 1. That section No. 11, of Ordinance No. 340 be amended to
read as follows:
"Section 11. All traffic on the streets, avenues, thoroughfares and p
public ways of the City of Kalispell, shall have the right of way over all '
traffic thereon g.pproaching from the left, and all traffic from the,left
shall give the right of way to all traffic approaching from the right."
Section 2. The provisions of all ordinances in conflict with this ordi-
nance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its pass-
age and approval.
