ORDINANCE NO. 363.
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON IN CHARGE OF ANY PLACE OF BUSI-
NESS WHEREIN A POOL ROOM IS CONDUCTED FROM ALLOWING IN
' SUCH PLACE OF BUSINESS ANY ITINOR UNDER THE AGE
OF EIGHTEEN YEARS.'
_ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. Any person in charge of any place of business in the
City of Kalispell, in which place of business a pool room is conducted, who
shall permit any minor, under the age of eighteen years, to be or remain
in such place of business, without the written consent of parent or guardian,
shall be guilty of the offense of Misconduct toward Minors, and upon convic-
tion thereof shall be punished by a fine of -not to I,exceed three hundred doll-
ars, or by imprisonment for a period of not to exceed thirty'days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. The provisions of all Ordinances --,in conflict with this Ordi-
nance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its pass-
age and approval.
