AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION

f the revised ordinances of the
approved I?arch 5th, 1-�28, he, and
read as follows:
"Section 571. Every person who owns, keeps or harbors
a dog in the City of Kalispell must annually obtain a
license therefor from the chief of police or pound*saster
and shall pay for such license the sura of one dollar and
fifty cents (w1.50) for each male dog and the sum of ten
dollars (010.00) for each female dog, and all licenses
issued hereunder shall expire on the 31st dap of Hq rch
of each year.
"Any person who owns, keeps or harbors any do:g without
first obtaining a license therefor, shall be :nuilty of
violatin? this article and shall be subject to a fine as
herein provided."
Passed by City Council and iporoved by the "ayor this 4th day
of April, 1939.
