' 9E IT ORDAINED SY ^HE COUNCIL OF '71E CI'T`Y OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,- Section 1. That Sections 1, 2 and 3 and the whole thereof of Ordin- ance No. 466, passed and approved August 20th, 1937, and Sections 1 and 2 and the whole thereof of Ordinance No. 467, passed and ap- proved December 6th, 1937, are hereby repealed. Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park, or permit to be parked, any motor vehicles of any charac- ter at the curb in front of the Post Office 3uilding, on the east side of First Avenue East, in the City of Kalispell for more than fifteen minutes at any one time. Section.3. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park, or permit to be parked, any motor vehicles of any character at the curb in front of the City Carnegie Library building on the south side of Third Street East, for more than fifteen minutes at any one time. Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Section 5. This ordinance being necessary for the preservation of ' the peace, health and safety of the City of Kalispell, and inhabi- tants thereof, it is hereby declared an emergency ordinance, and shall become in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
