BE IT ORDAINED BY '"HIT, COUNC T L OF 711E CITY OF KAIISPELL, 1101 TANA
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to park, or permit to be parked, any riotor vehicles
of any character at the curb in front of the Post Office build-
ing, on the East side of ^irst .iventa East, in the City of
Kalispell, Montana, for more than fifteen minutes at any one time.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not
less than .,'P5.00 nor more than -�50.00.
Section 3. This ordinance being necessary for the preservation
of the peace, health and safety of the City of Kalispell, and in-
habitants thereof, it is hereby declared as an emergency ordinance,
and shall become in full force and effect immediately upon its
p•issa^e and approval.
