AN ORDINANCE PROHI9IMI '(' TH7, STORAGE AND PILING OF WOOD WITTIIN
THE INNER FIRE LIMITS OF TIi� CITY OF KALISPELL.
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY TH 'P, COUNCIL Ov THE CITY OF K1iLISP-ML, 11101 TANA:
Section 1. No person shall store or pile fire wood in excess of
three cords upon any lot or lots within the inner fire limits of
the City of Kalispell as such limits are now or may hereafter be
established.
Section 2. any fire wood stored or piled in violation of this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be
the duty of the Chief of Police to require the author of such
nuisance to remove the same forthwith, and, if the said author
shall refuse or ne,-lect to abate the same or signify his in-
tention so to do within twenty-four hoiss after notice, it shall
be the luty of the Chief of Police to do so and the cost thereof
shall be charged by suit in the name of the City.
Section 3. This being an Ordinance i-mmediately necessary for
'the preservation of the peace, health and safety of the Cit,v of
Kalispell and the inhabitants thereof, the same is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency Ordinance and shall take effect and
be in full force and effect immediately upon its passa,¢e and -ap-
proval.
