SECTION 359 OF THE' '?EVISED ORDINANC73 OF THE CITY OF KALISP3LL, PASSED AND APP'?OVVD MARCH 5th, 1928. 1 9E IT ORDAINED 9Y THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF KALISPEELL, IIOI:'_'ANA: Section 1. That section 359 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, passed and approved March 5th, 1928, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 359. No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at any one place for more than two hours between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. upon Main Street from Railroad Street to fourth Street; on First Avenue vast from Railroad Street to Fourth Street; on First, Second and Third Streets from the alley between first and Second Avenues Vast to First Avenue ',lest; and on all other portions of the Streets and Avenues of the City of Kalispell no motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at any one place for a longer time than ten hours. Whenever the space occupied by a parked motor vehicle is necessary for loading or unloading some commodity, the driver of the same shall move away from Bach space upon request of a police officer; and if the owner or driver be not present the police of- ficer may cause such vehicle to be reiw ved. Section 2. It being necessary for the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of the City of Kalispell that this ordin- ance be in effect at once, it is hereby declared to.be an emergency ordinance and shall take effect and be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
