PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: PetSmart — 65 Treeline; new retail store. Crowley noted that the pedestrian
walkway on Lot 5 as proposed will limit access to Lot 7, which is the lot in the north east corner of
the entire lot. He suggested that they be made aware of this and pedestrian connectivity should be
provided. They have eliminated a lot of the internal sidewalks and they need to remember that Lot 7
also needs pedestrian access. Sorensen suggested he talk with the architect or engineer on this
project. Crowley also requested that the plans that come in on these pads be circulated. Sorensen
stated that we typically only receive two sets of plans and since each project is noted on the agenda as
it comes in, everyone is welcome to go to the Building Department to view the plans there.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — The Planning Board has Work Sessions scheduled for January
14th and 28th to continue working through the Growth Policy.
OTHER BUSINESS: None.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
