(attached). An examination of the project was performed with the developer, and the Public

pertaining to water, sewer, and storm water management improvements is attached for reference,
without attachments. Items listed in the SIA cost estimate have been completed. The developer
requests that the bond be released.

Dear Deb:
Attached is an implied request for the extension of the expiration date for the subject
project and the accompanying letter of credit. The Public Works Department approves
the extension of the expiration date of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement to
September 1, 2006. The new sidewalks and the defective sidewalks within the
subject project shall be completely constructed prior to September 1, 2006. If the
sidewalks are not constructed prior to September 1, 2006, funds will be drawn from
the letter of credit for their construction. Please return the original letter of credit to
the financial institution which issued the letter.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
