SLC'_'IO:I 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or
corpor�.tion to nark or permit to be parked any vehicles of any
cht.racter on or in any of the following areas within the City
of Kalispell:
a. The North side of Railroad Street betraeen Vain
Street and First Avenue East ct any time; providi,lF? however
that the provisions of this subsection shall not ap;nl« to pri-
vate passenger cars.
b. The South side of First Street Fast 7�etv!een Second
and Third Avenues East at any tine.
c. The North side of Second Street East "et-reen
Second Avenue East and the Alley Viest of Second Avenue East
during school hours, that is, from; 9 o'clock A. '. to 4:30
o'clock P. Y1. on any day on which public school clr,_sses are
held.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty days after its passa7e and ap roval.
Passed by the City Council and Approved by the Idayor of
the City of Kalispell this 5th. day of Janu::ry, 1948.
