ORDINANCE NO. 512
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO OFFENSES IN CONT•<ECTION WITH
TPE HANDLING OR USE OF HORSES WITHIN THE CITY, DECLARING
THAT VIOLATION THEREOF SHALL CONSTITUTE A MISDETTEANOR
AND REPEALING SECTIONS 6659 6661 697, and 699 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF 1928.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, I4ONIANA:
Offenses relating to the handling of horses. That it
shall be unlawful within the limits of the city;
(a) To ride or drive any horse or horses at a
speed greater or faster than at a walk;
(b) To ride or drive any horse over a sidewalk
except at a crossing;
(c) To tie or fasten: any horse to a fire hydrant;
(d) To leave any horse standing untied or un-
fastened, unless some suitable person be in charge
thereof.
A fio7.ation of any provision of this section shall
constitute a misdemeanor.
