BE IT JEDAIZED BY THE CDUNCIL OF THR CITY OF KALISPELL, MO NTANA: Section 1. No parson s'r_all place, or permit to remain, upon any street, alley, _public ground or sidewalk within the city, any structure, fence, wood, lumber, snwdust, gravel, boxes, debris or any article or thing, which will obstruct or interfere with traffic and travel thereon, unless such obstruction be temnorar,y and necessary in the transaortat-'_on of goods, or done in conformity with existing building regulations. Any violation: of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than "?50.00; a continuance of such obstruction after n;tice to remove the same shall con- stitute a sep rate offense for each day of such continuance. Section 2. The provisions of sections 683, 6841 6751 6921 693, 702, 7209 7219 7225 723, and 742 of the Revised Ordinances of 1928, are hereby repealed.
