AIV' ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND PROHIBITING THE PLACING
OF OFFENSIVE MATTER ON STREETS OR PRETTISES71ITHIN THE
CITY, AB?D RPPEALING SLCTIONS 759 and 760 OF THE RE-
VISED ORDINANCES OF 1928.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT77 COUNCIL OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-
Section 1. That no person shall throw, place or leave,
or su.'£er anyone in his employ, or any member of his
family, to throw, place or leave in or uprn any street,
alley, lot or premises within the city, any deed ani-
mal, or any decaying vegetable or animal matter, or
any other substance which shall or may be offensive
to the neighborhood or a menace to healt',
Any violation of the provision hereof shall constitute
a misdemeanor.
Section 2. The provisions of Se tions 759 and 760
of the Revised Ordinances of 1928 are hereby repealed.
