AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF INTEREST ON ALL WARRANTS AND WAR-
RANT INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AT FOUR PER CENTPER
ANNUM, DECLARING THIS TO BE All EMERGENCY ORDINANCE, AND REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HER WITH
B+ IT ORDAINED BY TH7A, CITY COi?17CIL OF THE, CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. That from and after September 1, 1941, the
rate of interest paid on all warrants and warrant indebtedness
of the City of Kalispell shall be four per cent (4%) per annum.
Section 2. All ordinances and resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. A:n emergency is hereby declared to exist, and
this is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance, immediate-
ly necessary for the peace, health and safety of the City of
Kalispell.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be and remain in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
' Passed by the City Council of the 'City of Kalispell, this
llth day of August, 1941.
