Ordinance 657 - DogsORDINANCE NO. 657 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 619 OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, PERTAITYTUG TO THE LICENSING OF DOGS AND THEIR REGULATION AND CONTROL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0U THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA. That Paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 619 of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be amended to read as follows: Section 1. (a) Every person who owns, keeps, or narbors a dog in the City of Kalispell must annually obtain a license therefor from the City Treasurer or pound master, and shall pay for such license the sum of 1.50 for each male dog and spayed female dog, and $10.00 for each unspayed female dog, which license shall be evidenced by a numbered metal tag issued by said City Treasurer and which metal tag shall be displayed on said dog at all tires, and all licenses issued here- under shall expire on the 31st day of March of each year; Section 2. (a) That said Ordinance No. 619 shall remain in full force and effect as to all of its other provisions. Section 3. (a) This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage..
