Section 5. That any person vicl_�tin any of the p='ovisions
of this ordin-_nce shall be deemed guilty of a i.aisdemeanor and
upon conviction or ,pleading guilty thereto sh 11 be fined not
more than Throe Hundred +-)oliars ($300.00), or impri:onrient of a
period of not .more than three: (3) months or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 6. All ordinances and parts of oT�dinances in conflict
here.iith are hereby repealed.
Section 9. This ordinance shall be in full force --.nd effect
