Re: Confirmation of Officer Jesse Allen
Dear Mr. Russell,
I respectfully request that Officer Jesse Allen be confirmed as patrol officer for the
Kalispell Police Department. Officer Allen has successfully completed the one year
probationary period effective October 22, 2013.

Officer Allen comes to us from Lewistown Montana. He is a 2008 alumnus of Montana
State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish. While
attending MSU Jesse competed on the track and field team, he holds the 5th all-time best
shot-put throw, and the 8th all-time best hammer throw. Since that time Jesse has
received his Graduate Certificate from American University in Spanish Translation.
Officer Allen has previously worked at the family livestock auction, briefly as a Spanish
case interpreter, and as a teacher and coach.
Throughout the last year Jesse has lived up to the high expectations we believed him
capable of, he is a moral, honest and extremely competent officer.
