to peovide as fol:i.ow�;:
A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the
office of the city cler, designated as State of Montana, Plumbing
L;iw 'ales and Regulation,, Second Edition, July, 1965, nl;l;)lished
-ukd alopted by the Montana State Plumbing . oard (See R.C.JT. 1947'
•... ti.on 66-2416), shall be Lne Plumbing Code .For the city regulating
tltie }practice of n'Llaml,ing and establishing minimum standards for
plutnlii.ng work in the city.
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of
the.'l.ontana State Plumbing Code adopted Uy this section shall be
runir.�hed by a fine not to exceed three hunlired dollars or by impr-
isomnent.
SECTION 2. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
is effective inunediately upon passage and adoption hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances of the City of Kalispell, or parts
thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA AND
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, this Ird day of February, 1969.
