Beginning at the hour of 4 A.M. and continuing to the hour
of 4 F.P2, the same clay on all streots and avenues not equipper:
with >arking meters, there shall be no parking of vehicles during
periods of snow plowing as designated by, or under the authority
tie chief of police, except in accordance with the following

Parking is allowed as follows:
Sundays ------------------------ on Avenues
Mondays--------- -------------on Streets
Tuesdays ----------------------- on Avenues
Wednesdays --------------------- on Streets
Thursdays ---------------------- on Avenues
Fridays------------ -------on Streets
Saturdays ---------------------- on Avenues
The chief of police, upon the advice of the city engineer,
:-.hall designate periods of snow plowing, and shall give such
designated periods publicity by causing at least one publication
of such designation in a newspaper published in the city and by
causing at least three radio announcements to be made over all
the local radio stations and by posting a notice thereof on the
bullatin board at the city hall; each of such notices must be
oivesi at least 12 hours before the period begins.
SBCT.TON 2. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
is e'Eective immediately upon passage and adoption hereof.
SL(7';.i:ON 3. All ordinances of the Cite of Kalispell, or parts
thereof, in conflict herewith are 'Iereby repealed.
