AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE 696, PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION
OF THE VEHICLES USED TO HAUL GARBAGE, AND â˘ECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 696 be amended to read as follows:
Section 2. No person shall drive or move any truck or
other vehicle within the city unless such vehicle is so
constructed as to prevent any load, contents, litter or
garbage from being blown or deposited upon any street,
alley or other public place.
SECTION 2. An emergency Is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY
THE MAYOR THIS 14th day of September, 1964.
